a71093ba9c Remove internal phase comments and format code 
Strip all Phase references, TODO/FUTURE roadmap notes, and internal
planning comments from the codebase. Run Prettier for consistent
formatting across all Java files.

bb731bd488 Add artist guide for 3D item creation 
Comprehensive documentation for creating custom items and furniture
using Blender and GLB files. All JSON examples include the required
animation_bones field with correct bone mappings.

f6466360b6 Clean repo for open source release 
Remove build artifacts, dev tool configs, unused dependencies,
